Return Policy

The return request must be made by contacting us via the contact page.

The return must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date. Only products that meet the following conditions will be accepted:

  • original labels intact and not removed
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  2. Print the order confirmation received via email
  3. Insert the product and the order confirmation inside the package
