You must request a return within 14 days of delivery. We can only accept products that meet all of the following conditions:

  • Original labels are intact and have not been removed
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
  1. Pack the item securely in a suitable envelope or parcel.
  2. Print the order confirmation you received by email.
  3. Place the item and order confirmation inside the parcel.
  4. Send the parcel using a postal service or courier of your choice to the address below:
